spring onion(chopped into 3cm lengths)

Cara-cara
Pound chicken breast with the back of a cleaver, cut into smaller pieces and coat with corn flour.
deep fry chicken nuggets in hot oil until golden brown. Drain the oil .
Heat wok,
add in cooking oil. Add in chopped garlic and sliced ginger into oil.
stir fry until golden brown add in oyster sauce. Add in little bit of water to dilute the thickness. Stir for 2 minutes.
Add in chicken nuggets and stir fry for about 3 minutes.
Finally add in diced onion(optional) and sping onion. Stir for about 2 minutes.(do not overfry so that the sping onion would not 'dissapear' into the dish and still be 'crunchy'
Serve hot.
