Crispy Chicken Wings

6 chicken wings
4 tbs soy sauce
2 tsp crushed ginger
1 tbs honey
1 tbs brown sugar


Mix together all the ingredients (except chicken ) in the flat dish.
Add the chicken wings. Turn the wings in the sauce until they coated. Cover the dish and leave it in the fridge for an hour. Drain the wings-save the sauce. Turn oven grill on medium heat (180-200c). Put the wings on the grill tray. Brush the wings with sauce and gill it for 10-15 minutes. Turn the wings over,brush with more sauce and grill for another 10-15 minutes.
