Nutty Nellie Biscuits

Ramuan / Bahan

(1. Mix together in a bowl)
100g self raising flour
100g oats
100g sugar

(2. Melt in a saucepan)
100g margarine
1 dessert-spoon golden syrup (honey) (3. Mix in a cup)
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 tablespoon of boiling water


1. Light the oven, Gas 3 or 160c. Use the centre shelf. Grease a baking tray.
2. Follow the instructions the ingredients above (steps 1,2 and 3). Mix everything together in the mixing bowl with a wooden spoon.
3. Use a teaspoon and place a small amount of mixture on the baking trays spreading them well apart.
4. Bake for about 10 minutes leaving them to cool before lifting them off the tray.
