3 tbsp pesto paste
3 tbsp yogurt
1 cube vegetable stock
125g chicken fillet, cut into thin strips
1 large onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp pine seeds
2 tbsp olive oil
Boil the pasta for 13 minutes. Switch off the heat and then pour in 1 cup of cold water.
Strain and leave aside.
Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil and fry the onions till soft and fragrant.
Add in the garlic and fry for 2 minutes.
Add in the chicken pieces and fry till cook.
Add in the pesto paste and stir through.
Add in the yogurt and the vegetable stock. Mix through and fry for 2 minutes.
Switch off the heat and then pour in the cooked pasta. Mix through.
Add in the pine seeds and toss through.
Ready to serve.
