Tod Man Pla (Thai Fish Cakes)

500gm firm white fish fillets
4 kaffir lime leaves finely shredded
1 tablespoon chopeed fresh basil 2 tablespoon red cury paste
100g (3 ΒΌ oz) green long beans,very finely chopped
vegetable oil for shallow frying
spring onions

Cara-cara

Place fish in a food processor,add lime leaves, basil and curry paste and process for 10 minutes.
Transfer fish mixture to a large bowl and long beans,spring onions mix well
using wet hands form 2 rounded tablespoon of the mixture ata a time into flattish patties.then just fry till golden brown and its ready fo serving,sugggest to garnish with fresh tomatoes and cucumbers on the sides
